Principal’s Report 2023 - 24

Good evening ladies & gentlemen on this propitious occasion of 2th Annual day celebration of our school, I accord a very warm and reverential welcome to our esteemed chief guest------------------, Honourable Chairperson of the School, Dr. R.S. Makhija, Madam Makhija, Director Guru Harkishan Public School, Mr. Satvinder Singh Makhija CEO Maharaja Group Of Institutions, Ms. Raman Kaur Makhija, Director, MGGPS, Heads of our sister concerns  Dr. Anand Nighojkar, Principal MRSC, Dr. Mamta Shrivastav, Principal Mata Gujri Girls’ College, Dr. Ira Bapna Director MRSGI, Mr. Ratanjeet Singh Shairy, Secretary MGGPS, Mr. Kamal Nayyar, Head Mistress Kids’ World International Pre School, parents & my lovely students. 

I am, indeed extremely grateful to you all for accepting our invitation.  Thank you for being with us to celebrate this most awaited Annual gathering of our school.

No doubt, Time flies away swiftly leaving its deep engrained marks on our minds and souls only the remnant memories are cherished by us.  To commemorate the moments of glory and achievements of the triumphant journey, it is my proud privilege to present a brief Annual Report of the school before you.  
Our institution aims at moulding the students with the qualities that lead them towards a vision of life. So, nothing is accepted as a compromise to the quality of education. Be it academics, sports or co-curricular activities. 
Before I begin the Annual Report, On behalf of everyone present here I pay my heartfelt tribute to our Soldiers who sacrificed their lives to save our nations’ boundaries. 

The Perseverance and meticulous endeavours of our diligent students were brought into limelight through the academic excellence in CBSE XII Board Results.
In Science Stream Afreen Ali topped with 87.4% securing 95 in English, 92 in Computer Science, Ekta Agrawal 97 in English, 93 in Computer Science,, Mohini Paras Raheja with 94 in English, 92 in Computer Education.

In Commerce Stream Ashvadha Thakur topped with 93.6 % secured , 97 in Economics,95 in Political Science,93 in English and 93 in Sociology,  Vaidehi Patidar  secured II position with 93 in Physical Education, 92 in English . Roma Udasi secured III position with 95 in English.

NOW TOPPERs OF CLASS-X

Rupal Soni secured first position with 89.2%, securing 95 In English,93 In Hindi,93 in Social Science,93 In Science and 93 In Computer.
And subject wise Toppers were Nehal Bhatia 95 in Social Science, Radhika Sukhija 95 in hindi, Dakshita Kothari 94 in Hindi ,Shahen Khan 91 in Hindi, Somya Rawat 91 in Computer, Rishika Patidar 91 in Hindi.

I am very happy to report that our school also participated in various Inter School Competitions and brought laurels to the school.
In Sahodaya Story Telling Competition held at Ekyanaa School and Student Aradhya Jha of Class I received prizes for best three Schools and teachers incharge was Ms. Deepali Lele and MS. Juhi Chawla.

Our School also Participated in the Business Plan Competition Held at Maharaja Ranjeet Singh College And Received a prize for the best three Schools.
We also Participated in the Indore Sahodaya  Yoga Competition and secured a position in Best Three at Pragya Girls School the participant  Was  Kuhu Bhadoriya and teacher incharge was Ms. Medhavi Panwar.

We also participated in Indore Sahodaya  Show And Tell Competition and secured position in Best Three  at Billabong International School the participants were Aradhya Jha and the teacher incharge Ms. Deepali Lele and Ms. Juhi Chawla.

Congratulations to all the participants their parents and the teacher incharge. 
The school hosted successfully Inter school Sahodaya Poem Recitation Competition and Senior 23 school participated along with 125  participants and teachers.


Our School also conducted the Teachers Orientation Session For the School Teachers in the School Campus. I am Glad to inform you that 89 Teachers attended the Session.


Our Many teachers attended the C.B.S.E Training Program As Per NEP.


Our school inculcates a sense of national integration and spirit of religious harmony among students in various ways by celebrating all National and Religious festivals.


Hindi diwas, Yoga Day, Engineers Day and Children’ day were also celebrated with great fervor.


An adventure summer camp was organized successfully. Students enjoyed Art and craft, Aerobics, shooting, dance, Yoga, skating and various adventurous activities during this camp. Thanks to the parents for their presence in huge numbers on the closing ceremony.


Regular activities like P.T., Yoga, Aerobics, Karate, Swimming are taken for the Physical fitness of the students.


Inter-house activities like Hindi and  English Debate, Speech competitions, Dictionary navigation,  spell check, G.K., , Shloka recitation , Rangoli making, Garba, Singing, etc. are conducted through out the year. 


Special Assemblies were conducted throughout the year to motivate and introduce our students to various religious and social activities happening around us. 
Visits for Pre Primary Students that includes picnics, outings & tour are the integral part of our school curriculum. 


Junior MGGPians visited Vaishnav Dham, Swami Narayan, Iskon, Khajrana Ganesh temple and Gurudwara as per the occasions.


They visited Malhar Mega Mall, Indore Rajwada and Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar birth place at Mhow.


This year the school tour was organized for classes VII to XII to Dalhousie, Macloedganj and Dharamshala which was enjoyed and appreciated by everyone.
This year Sahodaya  School complex has made School hubs to successfully conduct various activities and events. Under these, I have been privileged to be one among the hub leaders. Shouldering the responsibilities as the lead hub collaborator. I have attended Principals' meet where every decision was made in order to benefit the growth and upliftment of students. The hub learning concept aims at working efficiently in groups which brings best output with shared benefits and ideas.  


In fact, many landmarks have been achieved but much more has to be done. The journey still continues and we march forward with continued optimisms and unyielding determination as there are miles to go before we sleep.


At the end, I extend my sincere gratitude to the Honorable Chief Guest for sparing his precious time in making this program a great success. My heartfelt thanks to the entire distinguished guests present here. I am extremely thankful to our Chairman Dr. R.S. Makhija for his commendable support and guidance in every step.


I owe special thanks to those who directly and indirectly helped us in presenting the talents before you. I express my gratitude to my hard-working teaching and non-teaching staff for their dedication and devotion. My special thanks and great applause to my dear students who worked hard and volunteered themselves for every work. God bless them all.
